Q :	How long is your warranty?
A :	PlayTime Playground Equipment warrants equipment for a period of three years against any defects in workmanship. Get more detailed warranty information from Our Warranty Page.
Q :	Do you build custom pieces?
A :	Yes – we can build custom work to your specifications. Please call Toll Free 866-784-9400 for all special requests.
Q :	Where do you ship to?
A :	Anywhere in the United States. Shipments from our warehouse are generally made via an LTL carrier and the cost is dependent on the product ordered. We also have trucks on regular delivery runs across the United States. Get more detailed shipping information from Our Areas Served Page.
Q :	What type of payments do you accept and do you offer payment terms?
A :	We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Checks, American Express, Visa, and Mastercard. We also offer financing. Our financing program requires 33% - 50% down. The balance is financed for 90 days which is to be paid in 3 equal, monthly installments. Any past due monthly balance that exceeds the 30 days will incur a 1.5% finance charge.
Q :	Do you rent equipment?
A :	No – we only sell to end users.
Q :	Can I install the individual pieces myself?
A :	Yes – Nearly all of our individual pieces can be easily installed right off the truck. Each unit comes fully assembled, excluding structures.
